A Charlotte Bcycle Charlotte Bcycles for life! Check it out. Tyler, Ethan, and I participated in the Charlotte Bcycle Go Live Ride Out last night. Our friend, the Jeremy Goodwyne, through a series of random events became the station captain for the Kings Drive/CPCC bike station, and he needed some folks to help ride the bikes out. Because I was last minute to the situation, as in three hours previous to the ride out, I really had no clue what I was getting in to. It was amazing. Visiting the Homestead

  Opening up the ‘works A few years back, make that eight, my parents moved from the busy little town of Florence, SC into the country. I was able to live there for five of those years and really came to enjoy the massive expanse of land and beautiful sunsets. Since moving to Charlotte, visiting my parents at “The Farm” has become such a laid-back and relaxed atmosphere. It’s almost as if I have stepped out of my current reality into one where text messages, Facebook, and schedules cease to exist, much less have extreme importance. Looks like I have a blog. This seems to be the first post. I’m Melissa. I have a husband of one year and a son of seven. We’re a cozy bunch. I teach composition to some college kids and enjoy life at home. I’m an experimental chef and recipe-following baker.
